The company’s enhanced online claims process empowers the subscriber with 24 hour access and a fully responsive design that is seamless across all browsers, even on the go.

Brightstar Device Protection's Subscriber Online Claims, which is hosted on its recently redesigned partner portals, consists of an easy 4-step process. The information is continually tracked and saved so even if a claim is interrupted, it can be restarted where it dropped without losing data. Additionally Brightstar Customer Care agents can see what subscribers have entered and are able to assist when necessary.

The new online claims process follows closely on the heels of the company’s extended call center hours and fulfillment cutoff. Subscribers can submit a claim as late as midnight ET on weekdays and 8 pm ET Saturdays and get a replacement as soon as 10 am ET the next business day.
